So you might be wondering what Plantpowered foods are?
It's actually quite simple. Plantpowered foods are: Fruits, Vegetables, Beans, Legumes, Nuts, Seeds, and any other non-animal food that is found in nature.
Essentially, this program is reseting your body by re-introducing it to the foods we were intended to eat since the beginning of time.
We're removing meat and dairy products that are incredibly toxic and difficult for our human bodies to break down and utilize. We're replacing those foods with nutrient-rich ones that our bodies can easily digest and extract vital nutrients we need to go from just surviving to THRIVING.

- 20% of all greenhouse gases emissions come from animal agriculture, and 40% of methane gas worldwide comes from animals we use for our steaks, pork chops, bacon, etc.
- The meat and dairy industries use up 50% of all global landmass for animal grazing!
- 2/3 of all agricultural land is devoted to growing feed for livestock, while only 8% is used for humans.
- Leading cause of deforestation and animal extinction is from the meat/dairy industries.
- 1-2 acres of of forest land is cleared and destroyed every second. (137 species killed)
- 80% of the US Antibiotic use goes to animals because they are so sick.
- Every pound of beef requires 2,500 gallons of water to produce! That's the equivalent of showering every day for 6 months.
- 800 million people worldwide are malnourished and starving, while we feed billions of pounds of whole grains to fatten up our animals to slaughter them and feed the people who can afford to buy them.
- 45% of deaths in children under 5 in Africa are due to malnourishment/starvation.
...And these are just a few of the mind-blowing, sobering statistics that are caused by the mass-consumption of meat and dairy on a global scale.
